Refund Policy
Bharat Equity is a digital research subscription. Access is granted instantly on payment, so fees are generally non-refundable — with the clear exceptions below.
Charged twice for the same billing cycle.
A charge landed after you cancelled your subscription.
A Bharat Equity charge you do not recognise.
First-ever payment, light usage of paid features. One-time goodwill review.
Paid features materially unavailable during your cycle. Pro-rated credit or refund.
Pack credits already used, or unused extras that expired at month-end.
Subscription refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable — you receive full research access the moment payment clears. We consider refunds case-by-case in these situations:
- Duplicate charge for the same billing cycle — always refunded in full.
- Charged after cancelling your subscription — refunded in full.
- Request within 48 hours of your first-ever payment, without extensive use of paid features — one-time goodwill refund at our discretion.
- Material platform outage or extended unavailability of paid features during your cycle — pro-rated credit or refund.
Deep Dive Packs
Pack purchases are non-refundable once consumed. Unused pack extras expire at the end of the billing month and do not roll over — this is by design and not eligible for refund.
Include your payment ID
Found in your payment confirmation email. Add a brief description of the situation.
Receive your refund
Approved refunds return to the original payment method via Razorpay. Bank credit timelines depend on your card issuer or bank.
Failed or unauthorised transactions
